The chancellor Kholoud Taher Wawan Al-Shammari head of AK Wawan group for conferences confirmed the launch of the first international conference titled “ Green Leadership” in the starting of September , which coincides in 4/9/2021, at 10 o’clock morning Mecca time, under the honorary supervision of Al-Sheikh Doctor Abdulaziz Bin Ali Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi and in the presence of the guest of honor her Royal Highness Princess Kholoud Bint Khaled Bin Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud , the conference will target tens of crucial goals discussed and worked on by hundreds of people interested under the important title of achieving sustainable development in the world.
History and time can’t pass by on this conference without the participation of Doctor Amin Abou Hajla, Dr. Badriyah Humoud Alhalaili, AL-Shaykha Entesar Al-Mohammad AL-Sabbah, and Mr.Bassem Bin Abdulaziz Idriss in the opening ceremony speech. In the presence of the most important characters and the most educated ranging from teachers to Excellencies and highnesses and guests of honor from all over the world.
The attendees meet the main objective of this conference which is returning to the environment no matter how high up the development ladder humans reach, we should aim the science and technology in the favor of our environment because without the environment being in good health none of us would live blissfully, if the environment starts to crumble around us we would be nothing but a host for all kinds of diseases, and that’s why the conference organizers hope to exchange expertise and discuss scientific research which already has been proven to have positive results , and to get familiarized with the newest and most advanced theories and studies related to the protection of our environment.
Discussions in the conference will be divided to four sections, firstly, social entrepreneurship and environmental investments, managing natural resources, environmental tourism, and finally guiding and training in the green leadership , as for the main message of the whole conference activities is to show the general public and insure to them that technological advancement and scientific research backs up and supports the safety of the environment , depending on the level of understanding we have towards new innovative approaches , and producing a new way of thinking regarding the ability of establishing a new system to elevate the society from a taxing and hurtful economy on the environment to a green and aware economy which its only concern is sustainable development.
Last but not least , the president of AK Wawan group Kholoud Taher Wawan Al-Shammari would like to thank Mr.Khaled Al-Marshoudi head of support services and consular affairs and citizens services section , and the Engineer Abed Al-Monem Naser Al-Hamoud Zoom platform manager , and Miss Ebtehaj Al-Khalifa for making this conference a success which is considered first of its kind and nature regarding this subject, and a huge special thanks for all the hands that worked behind the scenes and their hard work is noticeable to anyone attending.
